Construction has started. A large sign with phone number of the sales office which was located just outside of the entrance of El Dorado restaurant. Notice the dirt and cobble stone road

Notice the lack of plants and trees in the park. Again notice how small the palms are on the beach side of Plaza Mar.

6th. Floor now under construction. Notice how small the palm trees are.

Penthouse level has been started

Final stages of construction for penthouse level. Notice no doors on the building yet.

The last thing to do was to plant the planter boxes. Plaza Mar is now complete
